API Key Setup Guides

Danum AI needs a few third-party API keys. They split into two groups:

1. Entered by you (tenant) in the dashboard at ai.numintek.com/app/settings/

Credentials you pay for:

If you leave these empty, Danum provides a fallback and adds the cost to your monthly usage (Rp per 1M tokens, visible on /app/usage). If you use your own key, the cost goes directly to your provider account.

2. Entered by Danum admin at ai.numintek.com/admin/settings/api-keys

3. Manual payment (for tenants)

While Danum’s payment gateway is still under administrative review, tenants pay by bank transfer or QRIS to Danum’s company account and upload proof in the dashboard. Details:

Where to go

If you are a tenant / Danum customer:

  1. Sign up at ai.numintek.com/signup
  2. After signup, open Settings > LLM Keys to enter your LLM credentials (optional).
  3. See Usage & Billing for cost transparency.

If you are a Danum admin:

  1. Sign in at ai.numintek.com/admin/login
  2. Set every platform API key at API Keys.
  3. Set Danum bank accounts at Payment Accounts (required in manual mode).
  4. Set payment mode at Payment Mode.
