Anthropic Claude Sonnet as primary and OpenAI GPT-4o-mini as fallback. Sentiment and intent classifiers use Claude Sonnet with prompt caching to reduce cost. RAG embeddings use text-embedding-3-small (1536 dimensions with HNSW pgvector).
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export everything at any time through the public API or through a UU PDP article 27 (right to access) request. After cancellation, data is retained 30 days for recovery, then hard-deleted permanently (audit log excluded, retained per industry regulation).
